At the Fort McMurray Food Bank, we work very hard to treat all clients with dignity and respect. All different kinds of people with different financial situations use the food bank. We work with you to make sure your experience at the food bank is a positive one.

Receiving a Hamper

You must bring in the following information to your appointment:

• Photo ID for adults
• Alberta Health Care cards for children
• Current proof of income
• Current proof of expenses (ex. Rent receipt, current bills, other legitimate expenses)

Acceptable forms of income include: pay stubs, Employment Insurance (EI), AISH, Child Support, bank statement, letter that states your application for assistance

Referrals are accepted from individuals, community agencies, schools and health services
